Return and Refund policy
At EMER, all orders are checked before shipping. Returns are accepted only if the item meets the conditions below. Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted. Return Conditions To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the exact same condition as received. It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, inserts, protective covers, and proof of purchase. Items with signs of use, scratches, marks, damage, missing packaging, or missing parts may be rejected or only partially refunded. Returns must be approved by EMER before being sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping. EMER is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Refunds Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable unless required by law. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Damage caused by use, misuse, incorrect handling, normal wear, or accidental damage after delivery is not covered. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for used items, damaged items, custom or personalized products, gift cards, final sale items where permitted by law, or items sent back without approval.
